Prices

Prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT where applicable. It may be necessary to change prices from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

 

Availability

All items on www.moretonshow.co.uk are subject to availability.

We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are unavailable.

 

Cancellation

Once your order is placed you have 24 hrs in which to cancel or amend your order, if you wish to do this you must email post@moretonshow.co.uk

If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information.

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

 

Please note:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Membership subscriptions are not refundable, Advanced sale tickets, guest membership and lunch tickets will not be refunded after the last acceptance dates posted on www.moretonshow.co.uk

Moreton-in-Marsh Show’s total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by www.moretonshow.co.uk  to the customer. Moreton-in-Marsh Show shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Moreton-in-Marsh Show cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website or in any schedule or catalogue. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
